Dr. Hotard is a member of the International Association For Intelligence Education http://www.iafie.org/ One of ICLCE future plans is to offer programs similar to the one offered at New Mexico University. Professor Katherine Graham is kind to offer guidance and help in developing similar summer programs for Louyisiana Youth in the Baton Rouge area. Professor Najoua Hotard is a firm believer that these programs will enhance critical thinking skills and problem solving strategies. ICLCE is currently working on design ing a Charter School focusing on critical languages, diplomacy, global citizenship, conflict resolution, and intelligence. Plans will be finalized by the year 2011-2012.
