Student programs will constitute a practicum for the teachers. At first, Teachers observe classes to gain hands on experience. Second, teachers will have the opportunities to apply lesson plans (in their respective languages) and refine teaching strategies taught in the seminars.

Classes are mainstreamed and geared towards individualized instruction. They include all challenged children as well as regular or gifted participants. (Several visually and hearing impaired, autistic and physically impaired are planning to apply for the program. Children from historically underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply)

Professors and presenters are prestigious educators from the United States and abroad
